Don't bring your hell-spawn little snowflake with you next time you buy a car and you'll find that people are more willing to take the time you need to understand things. Surprisingly, I am not willing to yell over your successful procreation's insistence they play some damn music on their tablet at full volume while I'm trying to explain your car to you.

Also, I was waiting outside the business office when you were done signing for your car. So you lied when you commented I wasn't punctual.

No, I am not allowed to mention the survey. The sales consultants can and do, and we will go out of our way to make it right should there be an issue we can actually fix.

These people were awful from the start. They claimed one of the sales consultants insulted them and refused to work with that person again. The SC in question absolutely did NOT insult these people.

They're just terrible people who have to flaunt their newly-found social status (new doctor) upon everyone else. Thing is, lady was actually very nice in person and I had Zero clue she wasn't happy. I am also here full-time and have on numerous occasions gone over features to explain them again with people who wanted/needed more time to learn it all.

Product Specialist at a Japanese Luxury Marque Dealer. I teach people how to use all the tech in their new/new to them cars.

(I'm being purposely vague about the brand. I want to ensure my complaints do not reach the customer.)

not fair, I get graded on the whole survey and charged money for negative surveys. I had one customer who I bent over backwards for and even gave them free gas and drove to their house after hours to correct a mistake by our idiotic at the time finance department, which they excoriated us for on the survey. They're since bought two new cars from me.

I was very well-behaved when my dad got his '98 Ram 1500 in '98, thank you very much. In fact, we were so well behaved that the salesperson bought us McDonald's since the deal went after hours. :p
